A new series of regular half-day conferences this session looked at The Future of Search. Mike Nutley, Editor-in-Chief of New Media Age hosted the session which featured Paul Stoddard, Microsoft’s UK Search Lead on plans for Bing in the UK, Paul Mead of VCCP Search on the latest developments in paid search tools and technology and Neil McCarthy, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Latitude on how Anglian Windows used paid search successfully to grow their business during the downturn. Finally the speakers were joined by Mel Carson of Microsoft and Dominic Allon of Google for a panel discussion on the Future of Search.

The agency says the move will put the power into the hands of its clients and mean they will able to move their Google account wherever and whenever they choose without any disruption, loss of history or downtime. VCCP Search says it’s the first agency to offer such a service.
